18 ft vintage camper trailer in fantastic shape. Clean title in hand. I will only hold this trailer for your travel to come and take a look, meaning same day. I have included the link to the previous owners post who I bought this off of below. It's was a delight living in it for a year or so while I saved some money. Basic improvements were made during that time. Specifications: -Trailer is 18 ft and with the tongue included it's about 20 ft -Aluminum undercarriage. -30 gal water tank (Converted from original smaller tank) -Massive storage. Unfortunately I can only upload 10 images on market place. Below is a link to my Google photos for more photos. -Trailers heating, cooking (4 burner stove and oven), hot water and 2 lights run off of propane. - The rest of the lights are DC and the fridge runs off of propane, DC and AC (3 Way fridge). -Vinyl flooring. Toilet is updated and has bidet feature -Window blinds are updated to black out and are the roll up type Problems worth mentioning: Over head fan and light above stove no longer works. Despite what the previous owner said about no water damage, it's an old trailer and I have seen previous signs of water damage. A new roof sealant is definitely advised if not stored under a carport for long periods of time. The awning was in great shape when I purchased it and unfolded it. Unfortunately the arms are weak and will need some reinforcement. I pulled the shower basin away from it's framing to reoploxy it... unfortunately I destroyed the shower walls in doing so. You will need to rip the thin board away and replace it with whatever material is water resistant for an updated backsplash.
