I bought it to perform general maintenance on my house, but more recently have decided to let younger professionals perform anything that requires a long ladder like this. It is in good condition with no missing or broken parts. It has been garaged most of its life, but the finish does show a little bit of weathering perhaps from some time it spent outside before it was given garage space. I have not performed any cleaning to make it look better but suspect a good cleaning would improve its appearance.
