1989 Invader V197 Cuddy Boat

1989 Invader.19’ cuddy cabin. I bought the boat last year.I bought a used engine and outdrive. Boat originally had a OMC 3.0 I replaced with a 1992 Mercruiser 3.0L and alpha one gen 2 outdrive. The “new” engine was raw water cooled when I bought it, and I didn’t know it at the time but the water jacket was cracked, as well as the lower unit. Repaired with JB weld and ran all summer with no leaks or issues. Tons of money spent on the boat in the last year. Heat exchanger rebuilt, new distributor, carb rebuilt, new riser and manifold gasket, and many more parts that went with the engine swap. The kicker is a 2004 Mercury 5hp, long shaft, 4stroke. It has a new carburetor and new fuel pump this year. Also added a charging coil so it charges the boat batteries while running. Boat is also wired for Scotty downriggers, and has Scotty gunnel mount. Everything works except the fuel gauge, and the new engine did not have an hour meter. boat canvas is also in decent shape. Has multiple canvas options, boat comes with fenders, dock lines, magma bbq grill, brand new exhaust/intake manifold and more. With 4 large guys, grab pots, and a bunch of gear, the boat runs about 20 mph at 3450 rpms and burns 4-5 GPH. Also comes with EZ steer to connect outdrive and kicker. 2011 Karavan galvanized trailer, swing tounge, single torsion axle 6000lb capacity. New wheel bearings and bearing buddies this spring. I bought a bigger boat and don’t need this one anymore. I have the title in hand, in my name, for the boat and trailer. $1000. Need it gone. Also open to trades. Make an offer.
