Vintage Medieval Flail Bookend - Wooden and Iron Weapon Bookends - Mace - Rare!. This is a great set of vintage medieval themed bookeds. Made of wood, iron and metal brackets with red felt. These are not in new shape as the are old, they have vintage wear, but it brings even more personality to them. They are also pretty heavy, nearly 5lbs together. The ball and chain is depicting a medieval weapon known as a flail. Very cool piece all around, especially for a gift. Books in photo are not included.
