These guys are good. Excuse me, Ladies & Gentlemen are exceptional in process. In the purchase of a vehicle the staff I found via social networks was welcoming. The car selection was in the market of what we were looking for. The purchase process was quick, and the staff was So nice. Definitely a business template where you are treated as you treat others. The only improvement that could be made were their facilities were located outside, it was still very clean.  I definitely recommend this establishment if your looking for a mid range vehicle at a fair price even when financing. They have a website, and with proper preparation, You can Be In and Out in no time. Because time is our most precious resource.

Had a great experience buying a car from them, bought a car with a low down payment, made all payments on time, recently had a mechanical issue with car only having 2 payments left to make and low on income the finance team took their time to listen to my concern and my sales rep helped with granting and extension so that I could fix my car with a mechanic and not lose my car. Great service and professional help. Very happy and pleased. Thanks to USA autobroker this month I will completly have paid off my first vehicle

Yim de Armas is an easy and helpful rep to deal with!  No pressure to buy and will help you find what you are looking for and followed up after the sale!  He included repainting the hood of our Highlander which we didn’t ask for it was the only flaw on the 2008 vehicle and did it within 4 days!   I never expected for them to offer that on a used vehicle and every time I call him he answers immediately and I know how busy they are!  Excellent customer service from the whole team there I appreciate their service and attention to customer service!  If you finance in house just read the contract they are extremely transparent and do a lot of deals so anyone who is complaining just didn’t read it it’s just like any dealership but a lot more relaxed and attentive than the big dealerships who barely answer the phone or updates us on the service status of our Jeep which has been in the big name dealer shop almost 3 months

I would rate zero stars if it was possible!!!please I urge anyone to stay far away from this place and believe all the comments you see!! I only had the car four months and the transmission started giving me problems so I brought it to them to see what’s wrong.they checked the car that Friday and gave it back to me and said it was fine.the next day it started again causing me to have to get it towed back up there costing me a good $140 then they hold my car up until today and tell me they fixed it and it’s gonna cost me 1k to get my car back!!!mind you I never asked for them to fix it nor did they communicate with me any of this about what the problem and how much it cost they just did it and slapped a price on it!now I may lose my job and a lawyer will have to be called!unless you just don’t have a choice please run away from this place of scammers

Very bad place. Very shady business practices. They scammed my husband and I out of our money.  We gave them the car back because it was too dangerous to drive. They wouldn’t let us trade it back to them and didn’t possess the expertise to repair it. Please don’t waste your time or money. There’s better lots nearby to choose from.
