Yakups bike and kayak/paddleboard/surfboard rack for sale. $1700. Bought 2022. Located in Yuma, AZ. Rack fits 2 bikes and 2 kayaks (or paddleboard/surfboard). 2 bikes fit vertical in the center and 1 kayak/paddleboard/surfboard fits on both sides (one on each side of the bikes) Please view pictures for visual of 2 kayaks and 2 bikes. Some pictures only show 1 bike and 1 kayak but if you look closely you’ll see that 2 bikes and 2 kayaks/paddleboard/surfboards do fit on the rack. Has a locking cross swing bar that is great for easy loading of bike and kayak/paddleboard/surfboard and keeps them safe with a lock. Has extra wide tracks for bikes with wide tires. We have Rad electric bikes so we paid extra for the larger tracks to fit the wide tires. Smaller tires will fit too as the bikes are strapped in with velcro wraps and bungie cords. Has wood lifter to hold up the bike so the rear fender is not damaged during travel. Fits Tandem 95" long Bike in the right bike position with optional tandem bike channel. Fits 2” frame mounted hitches. Yakups are vertical patented racks made in the USA. They are made of stainless steel with watercraft guards. Yakups have patented solid no wobble sturdy frame with solid hitch clamp. Back of camper (or what you are hooking the rack up to) needs to have clear space. This means that the ladder of the camper needs to be on the side, not in the middle. The model KR2B56 rack model shown carries kayaks or surfboards that are a maximum of 32" wide & less than 48 lbs each. Kayaks should not over 10 1/2' long . The rack holds 400 pounds. The bike rack weighs 118 lbs Two bikes about 25 lbs each can be carried If you carry heavier bikes you want to be sure your Hitch will hold the weight.
