2003 Honda Cr-v

Honda crv Honda CR-V 2003 LX model - clean title Mileage 183,000 I’m selling my Honda, as it’s an extra car we don’t really use, but I’m not in a rush to sell.I’ve had it for a year and overall the car is solid, but needs repairs in small things that I would love to do but just don’t have the time for. The registration was just renewed and I have a smog check in hand for easy title transfer. (Based on the vincheck I think there may be some odometer rollback - be aware of that before buying). Below, is a full description of what I’ve done and know needs to be done, please read it before shooting an offer. What I’ve done: -Replaced the spark plugs -New tires (bought last year) -Had mechanic replace all struts -Replaced knock sensor -replaced serpentine belt -bought a full sized spare tire -installed fob unit -oil changes What I know needs to be done (I’ll try to be specific and transparent because there are way too many people who’ll lie about what’s wrong): - the ABS light is on but there are no codes explaining why - The auto tensioner for the serpentine belt may need to be replaced - The locks are all worn, so the key only really works consistently on the ignition - Something is wrong with driver door lock - it only locks when the door is closed and needs to be done manually - Needs a new motor mount - Glove compartment handle is broken - Oil leak (the classic) Honestly it’s a really good car if you’re mechanically inclined and have the time to invest in those little things. I’m firm on the price, and open to answering any questions you may have.
