Jayco Full sufficient 24 Ft Toy Hauler with Living Quarter. Has Onan 5500 super quite generator. It has been sitting For 3 years and being used tag expired in 2023 . No leaks on roof Air conditioner and heater all works perfectly. Has refrigerator full bath with Oven and microwave. Clear Title .Model 2005 . Good Tires . All has been checked with shore power . 50 Amp power chord comes with trailer . Electric Hitch Jack . Has sound system installed with outside weather proof speakers . Good wash and little TLC will make this a good Hauler trailer for cheap . Length from cabinet till back door 136” From fridge cabinet till back door 170” Clear height 7 ft with bed up . Cons - plastic Dome on bathroom top is cracked can be replaced or repaired easily. Generator will need fresh gas as it starts and keep running till the start button is pressed. It is at a storage in Katy 77493 I live 45 minutes from storage so pls keep that in consideration before you just plan to come and see without any intent to buy .
