David Gallardo the sales manager made a deal with me in writing; he sent it to me by email and asked for my ID to prepare the title filings. I was ready to go pay and pick up the car.  On my way to the dealership he called and said his manager overrode him and wanted me to pay more.  I was paying the full advertised list price but that still was not enough for them.  These people have no integrity and it’s just a waste of time and full of disappointment.

I tried to buy a car here, applied for financing and nobody contacted me after. Several emails and two phone calls later. Still nobody called me. I know I was approved because Capital One sent me an approval and I took that approval and went to CarMax and bought the car. Should follow up and follow through with your customers. Funny thing is, they keep contacting me about the car that they were trying to sell me and when I reply that nobody contacted me back they still don't call me. Hilarious!

It was an unexpected surprise! We were on the way to check out a ford explorer and happened to come across this KIA Sorento. Our sales person and manager took care of us and even though we got there as they were closing, they were more than happy to stay and help. It was the most efficient car process we’ve had and look forward to going back again.

I had a wonderful experience!!!! One of the best car buying experience I ever had by far . The service was exceptional Joe my sales person was amazing and David the sales manager was awesome. They both took their time and worked with me to get the car I wanted. Thanks guys!!!
