Chevy Camper Van

This is one hell of a rig. She’s a 19.5ft 1993 Chevrolet Chevy camper van that’s been completely re-modeled and modernized on the inside. All of the systems in the motor home work perfectly (stove, water pump, lights, faucets, shitter, hot water heater, electric etc - and the engine is solid. Has low mile on the original motor (53k) and runs and drives like a dream. Sleeps 4 people comfortably (2 on the upper bed and 2 on the futon ie couch lays out to a bed). Tires are good. There are 2 seat belts below the futon and 2 on the driver and passenger I also want to manage expectations. I’m a nice guy but please only contact me if you have the finances ready to go and are seriously willing to buy without low balling me. It isn’t brand new. Many of the seals have been re done over the years but it’s all air tight and ready for a rain storm now.
