Description
This is a year old sectional that is in good shape. Just want a different style and material couch in our living area. It does have a small spot which I posted a picture of that on the chase which is very hard to notice unless you look for it… Great Deal! We do have two dogs so may be a little hair… Was $3,000 new! Measurements - 8ft side without chase and 12 1/2ft on the side with the chase. Chase is 5 1/2ft deep and the rest is around 3ft deep. Ottoman is 3 1/2x3 1/2 ft.
