This design I believe to be either Stephen Webster or a custom imitation made of solid 18k yellow gold, black enamel with Emerald cabochon eyes - one is chipped - the needle fastening tests as 10k which would make sense as the piece would need a stronger metal to hold such a heavy piece without bending and breaking. There is a 18k hallmark but unable to locate any other makers marks. This has been tested and guaranteed to be solid 18k body. The final photos show a similar being sold for reference. And the calculation of it gold value based on todays 18k price per gram $56/gram. Pickup in WEST LA 90035 zip code must schedule an appointment so I have time to retrieve from lock box where it’s held. Thank you!
