Horse Boarding

We are looking for boarders at a private ranch in Escondido. We are very laid back. Most of our horses are retirement horses or trail horses. This gorgeous ranch is located in a valley that provides privacy and beautiful views. There is so many beautiful trails easily accessible from the Ranch. We have nice easy trails through the Harmony Grove community as well as more challenging trails up through Elfin forest and Olivenhain Reservoir. It’s easy to trailer in and out to trails like San Pasqual and Lake Hodges. There is a gorgeous public arena just up the road from the ranch. On the property we have a sandy round pen. The barn has access to the wash rack along with a sink. We share a community tack room that is monitored by a security camera. The manager of the property lives right next door to the property. There is no trailer parking space. 1 12x12 box stall with a 10x24 run $550/month 1 40x40 corral $450/month 3 spaces in shared pasture $425/month We feed alfalfa and Bermuda hay. Will feed teff, orchard, Timothy and hay pellets at owners expense. Feeding grain $25/month. Weekly turnouts $15/month. Blanketing is included in board.
