Description
This is the Harbor Freight mini tire changer ( model number 61179) that I mounted to a Harbor Freight hitch mounted vice plate (model number 66260). I didn't want to mount the tire changer to my workbench and this turned out to be even better. As you can tell from the photos both the tire changer and the vice plate are in great shape. No missing pieces. FITS 1-1/4" RECEIVERS ONLY. I included a pouch to keep the small hitch pins in. Cash only. Thanks!
