2001 Honda S2000

Why do people love the S2000 platform? Over the past few years of owning, upgrading, and taking care of this car, I've realized the answer to that question. And I'm finally at peace with letting this car go to its next owner to enjoy for years to come. My S2000 is perfectly mechanically-operational, doesn't burn oil, and it passes smog. It runs excellently, drives like a joy, and is ready to go. I have the clean title in-hand. The main draw with my S2000 is that it's an AP1 with the 9000 rpm redline, but it comes with AP2 body parts which in my opinion look a LOT better than what comes with the AP1 from factory. Not only that, but with a fresh paint job, working AC, and a car that passes smog, you get best of everything. I've taken this car on a few road trips from LA to San Diego and one road trip from LA To Cambria. Aside from that, it's been short drives on the weekend to lunch or dinner or to the golf course, just to keep the oil moving around. It has seen zero track events, although it's absolutely ready for them with the new Ohlins Coilovers I installed not long ago.
