Yusuf was amazing at helping us get financed for our car, we decided on a Fiat 124 spider super nice car. He made us feel super comfortable and made process extremely smooth and comfortable. Would definitely recommend if you are in the market a vehicle.

Update… we’ve had the car for almost a week and a half and already had to spend $1200-$1300 on an oil change because the service light came on, also while getting it serviced the serpentine belt was super worn so had to get that done as well and now brakes and rotors need to be replaced. Just super annoyed that we have to do all this servicing after spending money on a down payment to have a car that’s not serviced.

So yea they were extremely nice and helpful in getting us the monthly payments and down payment we wanted and they are super nice HOWEVER be ready to possibly spend more that you expected right from the start to get the vehicle serviced and extras you were not expecting and budgeted for.

Made an appointment on a Sunday to test drive a truck. I wanted to negotiate the price before I ever test drove the truck. My wife negotiated with the owner the price and we agreed on it. Took the truck for a test drive and came back. When we came back my wife decided to negotiate a little more because there was some issues that will need repairs. The owner then negotiated again but did say that for this new price he would need to talk to a partner to approve. Contacted them Monday to inquire if they were going to accept the second price for them to say no and not only did they say no to the second price he also said that he was not going to honor the original negotiated price either, that he now wants us to pay the original asking price. When I questioned this business practice the response I was given was " even the first negotiated price had to be accepted by someone else before it was a deal". If this was the case then why would anyone waste the time to even negotiate a price in the first place??? I would have simply came back when a price could be negotiated with someone qualified to negotiate a sale. This was not the case however. I would have never ever even test drove the vehicle if we was not clear on a negotiated price to begin with. When I notified Mr. Joe that I was going to be leaving a review about this he spent 10 minutes trying to convince me that I was completely wrong and didn't understand. What I do understand is we negotiated a sale price and when it came time to do the sale all of a sudden the price goes up and for them to reply to me that maybe in a couple weeks if they dont sale it they will call me back !!!!!!
The owner will respond to this I am only sure. And I am sure his response will be that I am not telling the truth and this never happened. However if you took the time to read through this just keep in mind, a used care salesman is the most honest person you could ever meet, ( wink wink).
Just be very cautious of the business practices here and if possible take your business where it will be appreciated and return customers are a priority.

Stay away from this place! Very sketchy. I asked to test drive a car (stated immediately that I wasn’t looking to purchase right away) and they still proceeded to place a hard inquiry on my credit report. In other words I took a 5 point credit hit because I wanted to test drive a vehicle of theirs. Called their manager and he denied and said he couldn’t help me; even though I provided clear proof. Be careful, not sure what they do with peoples info. I then asked for his (Joe I think his name is) dealer license and he told me no several times. Very sketchy. Not to mention, I was pressed several times to purchase the vehicle right then and there, which I would have maybe considered buying it cash if he was even slightly willing to negotiate? This places sales team could use some training!!
