All three stars go to my sales man, I think his name was Ronald, Retired Army vet. I’d give less overall be he deserves that, I’d give 2 stars to his manager who wasn’t personable, and 1 star for finance. I got the price squared away on a Friday night so that Saturday I can be in and out, I waited 2 hours to sign for my car I didn’t even finance with them, and then waited another hour waiting for the car to be ready. I spent 6 hours total there, a new record personally, usually I get under 3 hours. But I got the best deal, and best salesman in town!

I had to take my brand new vehicle that I only had for a day to another dealership to have another mechanic look and diagnose it, because the dealership I purchased it from, (San Antonio Dodge Chrysler Jeep). They kept telling me there wasn’t anything wrong with my vehicle, and wouldn’t bother taking the time to see what was going on with it. In my entirety of ever purchasing a vehicle. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever encountered. But at this place. I believe the sales manager and their team just wanted to make a quick sale. It didn’t matter to them if there is or was something wrong with my vehicle! At the end of the day as long as they made a quick sale. That’s all that mattered. Customer service should always be first and foremost. Not to mention I had to make a 35 to 49 minute drive due to the issues with my vehicle. Hands down worst service I’ve ever had. Won’t return to this place to purchase another vehicle. Nor will I recommend anyone to buy from them. The car I purchased is a 2025 Jeep Wagoner S. There were 2 sales managers my husband and I dealt with. It’s frustrating when you know somethings not right with your vehicle, only to continue to be told by both of these sales managers nothings wrong with your car mam. Mind you it was never looked at. If it had been, then they would’ve found the problem just as the dealership that I have it at now. As I said before. It’s all about a sale for this place. Customer satisfaction doesn’t matter to them! Thank you Floresville Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram for listening to my husband and I, and finding the problem. Now that’s Customer Service!

We purchased four brand-new vehicles from San Antonio Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram — a Challenger Scat Pack, Charger Scat Pack, Ram 2500, and a Ram 1500 — expecting quality service and reliable warranty support.

Instead, our experience with the 2025 Ram 1500 has been incredibly disappointing.

The truck has stranded us twice, and it’s been sitting at the dealership for over a week with no fix, no updates, and no loaner vehicle offered — even though it’s under full factory warranty with under 17,000 miles.

When we brought it in for a brake squeal, we were told we’d be charged if the brake pads were worn (again — this is a new truck). They ended up charging us anyway, blaming “brake dust.” But the service invoice clearly shows the real issue was a delaminated sticker on the caliper and a rotor dust shield hitting the rotor — both of which are manufacturing or delivery defects, not wear-and-tear.

Despite this, the service team refused to submit a warranty claim and still charged us $179.

This isn’t just poor service — it’s deceptive. It’s unacceptable that we had to pay out-of-pocket for a defect that should’ve been covered, especially after spending so much at this dealership.

We’ve reached out to management requesting:
•	A full refund
•	A formal apology from the Service Manager and Assistant Service Manager

If this isn’t resolved, we’ll be filing formal complaints with Dodge/Stellantis, the Texas Attorney General, BBB, and the FTC, and sharing our experience with the local news.

Bottom line: Think twice before trusting this dealership to stand behind their vehicles or take care of their customers once the sale is done.

10/10 experience Andrew was the best salesman ever!!! Made the process super easy. We’re from out of town and purchased a 2023 Hellcat charger widebody jailbreak that was super hard to find in state and he had everything set up to where all we had to do was come sign for our vehicle. He even went the extra mile to be sure the tank was filled up for us to get home and had the car detailed upon our arrival! Also set up for us to take pictures and stuck to his word on our trade quote! 100% would recommend Andrew and this dealership in general. We were already pre approved through a third party lender but they were able to get our interest rate even lower and discounted our warranty and gap insurance. We had an amazing experience all around.
