Propane Tanks Exterior This Travel Trailer has an aluminum and fiberglass body construction. It has one door and two power retractable slideouts. It also has a 20 ft. power retractable awning. And a XZILON Xmicrobe coating that helps keep it clean and prevents the growth of mold and mildew. Interior The kitchen is combined with a living area in the main part of the trailer with a 4 seat table and 2 seat couch that both covert to beds that sleep 2 each. There is one tv in the living area with an interior exterior sound system. Propane powered stove top and oven. Electric Fridge/Freezer and Microwave and living area space heater. The water heater is dual power with both electric and propane. The main heat in all rooms is a propane furnace. The AC provided to all rooms is electric. The bedroom has a king size mattress and has lots of storage cupboards around it. The bathroom is very simple and is separate from all the other rooms although there is a passthrough cupboard that joins with the bedroom. This travel trailer has been very good to us overall and has worked reliably for the most part but here are the issues that we have had. - The first was the kitchen faucet. It was very cheap from the factory and the retractable hose kept breaking and coming disconnected during use right when we got it. We always cleaned it up right away so there has been no water damage. I replaced the faucet in January 2022 with a much nicer Delta kitchen faucet and we have not had any problems with it since. - The second is that the smaller slideout has always had issues fully opening and closing under its own electric power. I recommend having an extra person around when opening and closing it to help nudge it into its fully open or closed position. The larger slideout has always functioned flawlessly. - The last thing that has broken were the two bedroom curtains. They were well worn when we got the trailer and one of them will no longer stay in the open position and the second one still works but will probably soon break like the first. I also have some extra accessories that we will include with the trailer. - We have a tow hitch with sway stabilizing bars that connect directly to the trailer to help with a more controlled ride at highway speeds. - A Camco 50-Foot Heated Drinking Water Hose. This is an electric heated hose to provide water to the trailer without worrying about disconnecting during cold weather or having your water line freeze up. - A Camco Rhino 36-Gallon Portable Camper/RV Tote Tank. I got this portable tank so I could dispose of any black water since I do not have a truck to pull the trailer with. This came with some nice extra drain hoses and fittings etc. - And I also have an extra long RV washing brush that I will no longer need. - There is also fitted cover for the whole thing but we have never put it on. My wife and I own this trailer outright and we have the title in hand. We are the second owners after we bought it in November of 2021. The first owners bought it new in 2020 and took a trip to Arizona and back. It should only have around 6000 travel miles maximum. Cash or cashiers check is preferred. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!
