Description
This is Chub the 1994 Ford Club Wagon! We bought her about 2.5 years ago from a couple who had outfitted her as a camper van. Shes served us well while we’ve camped throughout all of the seasons, but with an upcoming cross-country move, it’s time she’s moved on to her next adventure. Here are some details about each of these features: Bed: - Tempur-pedic, queen size, insanely comfortable - Storage space underneath the bed with removable compartments so you can fit small things snuggly or take them out and fit skis or other gear underneath - Bed transforms into foldable table and U-shaped couch for when it's stay-inside-weather out -Built-in bedside table space next to each side, one side has a book/water bottle compartment Kitchen: - Fully working/electric sink that pulls from a 7 gallon tank and out into another 7 gallon grey-water tank, they are easily removable for filling/cleaning and are strapped down safely to the floor for when in transit - Cutting board cover for sink - Countertop with plenty of space for prepping/cooking food if you wish to do so inside - Two shelf spaces with plenty of room for dishes and food - Fire extinguisher attached under sink House Battery: - Renogy Deep Cycle AGM Battery 12 Volt 100Ah for RV, Solar Marine and Off-grid Applications - House battery is safely hooked up to the alternator using several size appropriate breakers and is properly grounded to the chasis - Renogy 1000W Pure Sine Wave Inverter 12V DC to 120V AC Converter for Home, RV, Truck, Off-Grid Solar Power Inverter 12V to 110V with Built-in 5V/2.1A USB Port, AC Hardwire Port - Renogy DCC30S 12V 30A Dual Input DC-DC On-board Battery Charger with MPPT that can convert solar power to the inverter (we didn't end up getting solar but all you would need is a panel and the appropriate wires) - Renogy Bluetooth module (shows battery level) - Carbon dioxide monitor and heat monitor attached near battery, both have never gone off Other inside features: - Shoe rack - Plastic drawers installed next to bed - Black out curtains between cab/living space, insulated window coverings - LED light strips, removable chargeable light pucks that are attached to magnets on the ceiling - Beautiful wood panel flooring, wood ceiling with mahogany trim, wood panels over doors - Bug net for side doors - Projector screen that attaches from ceiling in front of the bed Outside features: - 8x8 foot Iron Man awning that has a LED light strip, easy to set up and break down - 4x3 foot basket roof rack, a huge dry bag with straps that you can attach on top Mechanical features - 7.5L V8 big block engine, insane tow capacity, RW drive (the Club Wagon is essentially a Ford E350 engine) - 183,037 miles (as of 3/2025) - Rebuilt transmission (06/2022) - New radiator (2021) - New brakes, rotors, struts, tires, battery (2020) - AC and heat both work great - No radio (can still attach, we just used a bluetooth speaker) - New front windshield (2020) - Very minimal body damage, no roof leaks - Replaced fuel hose 2023 - New wiper motor 2/2024 - New serpentine belts 4/2024 - New spark plugs 11/2024 Recently found out that the drivers side manifold exhaust gasket needs replacing, was quoted $411 for parts and labor.
