I’m selling my 2000s DW maple snare drum measuring 12” x 5” . It works perfectly and sounds great. I’m only getting rid of it because I currently have too much gear and I’m looking to downsize. The snare is overall in good shape, but could benefit from a new drum head (about $20 to replace). These snares were made for a few years during the early 2000s. My understanding is that these were the same shells as used in the DW collectors series at the time, but without the reinforcing rings in the shell. I can’t find any exact snares for sale on Reverb or other sites, but I found some comps (just slightly different sizes) selling for around $350 or so (see photos).
