Had a great experience here! Car was so much cleaner in person than I had expected! It seems like it was kept well maintained by previous owner and also by Ray. I’ve only driven smaller Sedans before, but a Nissan Rouge S is a comfortable size upgrade. It feels safe and reliable. I’ll start by saying that Ray seems like a nice guy: polite, kind, and respectful. My vehicle purchase, however, has been nothing short of a nightmare. Three days into owning the truck, it started leaking oil anywhere I parked. I took it to multiple shops and they all confirmed it needed a rear main seal and oil pan gasket replacement: $2,500-$3,000 estimates. This bothered me because Ray told me the truck didn’t need any repairs the day I paid him $10,500 for it. So now I’ve paid an additional $3,000 just to get the truck into a drivable condition. I suppose this is the risk I took buying a used vehicle, but I can say that I regret buying the truck and I wish I never would’ve even gone to the lot.
