The self closing solid dutch doors prevent temperature loss by allowing you to open one section at a time. It is made of durable aluminum for years of dependable service. The insulated holding cabinet features 12 sets of universal style pan slides that can hold a variety of pan sizes with 1 1/2" of clearance. Its standard solid state electronic control with easy-to-read and operate LED digital display ensures food is held at the correct temperature. Heavy duty 5" swivel casters, 2 with brakes, provide excellent mobility even when the holding cabinet is fully loaded.
