This trailer is perfect for park or home living. It tows on a hitch. Has three axels and is 40' long. It has two slide outs; one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The bed fits a queen-size mattress. We have taken care of it, so everything works: both 15k-btu-ac's [the bedroom ac was replaced from a 13.5k to a 15k], heat strip, furnace, stove, oven, fridge, washer and dryer, and power driven awning all work like new. There is a couch and ottoman and kitchen table and booths with new cushions. No leaks in the roof or plumbing! T.V. installed in the bedroom will remain. Requires hookups, not designed for off the grid camping at present. We have lived in it for the past 3 years and are only selling it because the land owners are moving. It has has been remarkably comfortable to live in. Contact me to come see it! I am willing to negotiate on the price.
