2012 forrest river Wildwood

I paid off what I could so heres the new price. It's a 2012, pulls good, sealed, and only selling it for what I owe, bank has title America First Credit Union, Model 24TBSS It has new tires traveled less then 100 miles on them, Has a slide out in the main room and works good ac and heat works gas, oven works has a electric jack, manual leveling scissor jacks, has inside and outside speakers all work. Quick connect for gas grill, all the manuals and paperwork with it, never been traveled off-road. First owners got flats so plastic trim is a lil bang up but nothing major. The fridge does not work. The awning is new with the roof being sealed since march 2026. Been sitting in storage, have no need for it and dont want it to rot away. As Is, semi flexible on price. Cause its what I owe on the loan.
