In excellent condition and is very clean! We're only selling because our teenage son is close to 6 feet tall and can no longer comfortably fit in the bunk bed. It is a non-smoking unit and it has never had pets inside. We love it so much and are sad to sell. It's awesome for a family of 4 or less. This is an excellent price and it is non-negotiable. We cannot finance. The photos are stock photos, but not too much has changed. There is no queen mattress included (not that you'd want someone else's mattress anyway), so you'd have to purchase an RV or regular size queen. Major upgrade: We added a 2nd door (under the bottom bunk) for additional storage space. There is also an unused spare tire that we purchased. We had the roof sealed after a year (required if you care about the warranty), so that's in excellent condition as well. There are many other minor upgrades as well.
