I just bought this from RV Country in Longview on May 28 2022. I only took it out 1x after that, since then it's just been sitting not doing anything. Everything is how I bought it from the dealership. Tires all look new. I paid a little over 11k for this and so my price is FIRM. The roof is powered. No Manuel labor to raise this one. This is a rare model that has a toilet and a shower all in one! (I didn't use it since I bought it.) Dealership also provided a new battery which I kept on a charger. Everything worked the 1x I took it out. Water, propane, heater, and refrigerator etc...This trailer is at my mom's house which is located in Grand Mound, Washington. Any questions please let me know.
