In Good Working Condition! Starts up first pull, only problem is the back rear drive wheels lock up in reverse and sometimes drive doesn't engage right away due to axles having a lot of build up in and around wheel bearing, not spinning freely. Mower hadn't been used in years so a little bit of WD40 and frequent use should potentially help the axles loosen up . Brand new drive cable, drive belt, & grass catcher....key start capable, just needs a new battery. I can show you starter works by jump starting
