I drove here with full intention of buying a vehicle from Jessie. Car looked great and we decided to go for a test drive, where everything took a turn. The car drove great and I noticed a couple things wrong with the vehicle (rust, broken center console and ripped seat), I was thinking aloud and mentioning these things to Jessie and  I ask if I can bring my mechanic to do a pre purchase inspection to make sure everything was good to go. He tells me to go ahead and end the test drive because he didn't think I was a serious buyer, and I quote "I've been here before and you're either not serious about buying for the listed price or you are trying to get a discount."
I am not sure if it is his prejudice due to me being brown or because he did not want to talk about any issues with the car. But the dodginess of me bringing my mechanic to see the car left me feeling like there would be problems down the road if I bought the vehicle.

After driving to his personal home to see the vehicle because of a mistake on his behalf of sending the wrong address and then driving to his business, I was appalled by the treatment I received.

Is unable to handle out of state title transfers requiring the buyer to be physically present for the paperwork process. No remote notary, no 3rd party escrow, no overnight mailing of documents, only to be physically there. Useful information to know prior to arranging pre-purchase vehicle inspections. Update your services to 2023.
