It turns on and works only with wifi. works good as new BUT for some reason it doesn’t connect to a cell tower. it won’t connect to any services like Boost, T-Mobile ECT… it says SOS. (no service unless connected to wifi) i never took it to get fixed i just upgraded my phone. i’m sure it can be fixed.
