The monitor works, but the battery cover is missing so it has to be tucked in the handlebars as shown because it won't stay on the tab that sits between the handlebars. It pedals fine and the tensioner works great. It is very quiet, no electricity needed. This is the style where you can lean forward and rest your forearms on the handlebars. I cleaned it up and it is ready to stop being a clothes rack and be put to work. Terms: Cash is strongly preferred.
