Selling for a friend who is a smoker so it has a residual cigarette smoke smell in the cushions. I have cleaned it multiple times and conditioned it. Small defects in leather, as shown in pictures. Includes power adapter for electric reclining feature and for powering the charging outlet. This chair is ideal for someone who can do a deep clean, have it reupholstered, or doesn't mind the smell.
