This detachable reclinging sectional & rocking chair have sat in my formal living room for a few years with very little human interaction . There is hardly any wear and tear. Small scratches on the back leather from moving twice, super well maintained, none smoking environment. You can keep as a sectional or move the center piece to have a regular sofa. They all recline, has a drink and storage holder in middle. They are excellent quality and heavy duty, so they would have to be picked up by whoever purchases them.
