-Crib mattresses height is adjustable. -Baby/toddler size mattress seen in photos is included. Can convert to a toddler bed as seen in the photos. Toddler rail not included must be purchased from store. Can convert to a full-size bed but bed rails and larger mattress must be purchased from retailer. My daughter only slept in this crib for 10 months. Mattress is in great condition with no nasty blowouts or accidents on it. Crib has some bite marks as seen in picture. All equipment to convert crib to toddler bed is in included. Original manual is included. Smoke free and pet free home.
