In excellent condition, with the exception of a scuff on the very top of the rubberized feeling material that coats the upper frame, as shown in second to last photo. Manufacture date is early June 2021, and it's warrantied for 12 years total. Serial can be provided to HM if it's ever needed. I personally owned this chair for 3 years and now I've got too many chairs for not enough office space due to some changes at home.
