I have a Zotac Amp Extreme 4090 that I have used for approx 1.5 yrs for gaming use only in my living room PC that is not my primary gaming rig. I am the only owner of this gpu and I bought it brand new from Newegg. It was installed in the PC once and then only uninstalled to sell as I have upgraded. It still has at least 1 year of manufacture warranty as it came with 3 years from manufacturer date. I have never registered the card with Zotac so you shouldn't have any issues there, if you ever need to take advantage of it. Never modified the card or overclocked it as I just let the card perform at normal spec. Local meet up only, ABSOLUTELY NO SHIPPING. I would prefer payment through Zell, Cash app, or Venmo, but I will accept cash. I am willing to drive to your location and install it in your PC but I will ask for a little extra to cover my time and gas depending on how far away you are from me.
