I thought I was doing something good when purchasing a warranty for corrosion on my new explorer. However, I am having issues with rust and the paint is now bubbling and of course the warranty is not covering the issues. Don’t waste your money on your purchasing!!!

We were super pleased with our overall experience at this dealer. Our salesman, Omar C. and the sales manager, Jeff O'Brien made our purchase experience easy and not that of a typical car buying transaction.
After shopping at other Ford dealerships, we were pleased with the education we received on the vehicle we were interested in, their willingness to help us compare options, and their honesty with pricing and ability to truly work in our best interest.
We felt that our business was appreciated, and even though this dealer was 30 miles from our home- it was well worth the extra time it took to experience the car buying process with them.

I came to this Ford dealership simply wanting to look at a Bronco Sport Heritage that I saw online. Right when I pulled up, a salesperson came out and started asking questions, which is fine, but I immediately let him know I wasn’t planning to buy a car today, and likely not for another year or two. I just wanted to see the vehicle in person and maybe test drive it.

Right away, I was dismissed with a sarcastic, “Yeah, everyone says that.” Excuse me, I know my own timeline better than a stranger. That attitude alone rubbed me the wrong way, but I gave him a chance.

I agreed to test drive the car, knowing a dealer would have to come along. But during the drive, he kept telling me to slow down even though I was only going 5 over the most, in a completely empty neighborhood. It felt like I was being babysat instead of being allowed to get a feel for the car.

Back at the dealership, the hard sell started. I worked in sales before, and there’s nothing worse than a pushy salesperson who doesn’t listen. He kept talking about “employee pricing” but wouldn’t actually give us the price. Every time we asked, he deflected or ran off to talk to his manager. He even asked for my car keys to “check my trade-in” but never told me what they’d give me for it.

When I said I had to leave to feed my dog, the pressure continued. Again, we asked for the actual price, and they still wouldn’t give it to us. The manager, to his credit, was polite and at least acknowledged that I wasn’t ready to buy. But the salesman made the experience really uncomfortable and made me feel overstimulated.

If you’re just starting your car search or want to browse without being pressured, I’d avoid this place. I left feeling like my time was completely wasted and my preferences were ignored. Pushy sales tactics don’t work, especially when you refuse to give basic information like pricing.

Sam was incredible! He worked with me through the whole car buying experience. He was kind, considerate, not pushing, and most of all he was patient. Patience is such a rare trait in sales men. He gave me all the time I needed, he let me bring my mom to help me as well. I have never bought a brand new car before and not only did Sam make the whole experience less overwhelming, he made sure to get me the most incredible deal so that I wouldnt break the bank. I can not recommend Sam enough, he is truly such an asset to the Currie Ford family. Thank you for everything Sam.

My experience at the service department was positive. Shelby demonstrated professionalism and respect by asking if I preferred to speak in private before discussing the report on my vehicle. Unfortunately, I observed a different approach with another customer. A staff member delivered her report in the public waiting area, despite the report containing unfavorable news. When she asked follow-up questions, his responses appeared dismissive and lacked discretion. This interaction did not reflect the same level of courtesy and privacy that I was afforded.
