Everything has been gone through (except for the headset & shocks cuz they were in good condition) inspected, lubricated, upgraded & ready rock! Retailed for $3200 back in ‘02, which was a lot of 💰 back then. Ridiculous shock travel, practically indestructible frame, hydraulic brakes just bled, it’s ready for any mountain trail that you dare traverse. Ok I’ll go ahead & give you the breakdown……HAYES 9 brakes, SRAM X9 triggers, SRAM XO rear derailleur, SHIMANO XT front. Brand new parts just put on it…….SRAM X9 two speed (left)shifter, rim liner, 2 SCHWALBE inner tubes, 2 SCHWALBE BLACK tires, KMC X9 chain, SHIMANO 9 speed cassette & cables, housings, housings caps, & cable ends. Paint is in decent shape considering age & type of bike it is. UPDATE!!…Just changed front disc pads & swapped out the SCHWALBE tires for CONTINENTAL COUNTRY RACERS (fatter) for my first time @ Snow Valley! Made it easy for a novice like me to conquer the beginner & intermediate trails!
