SOFA - Clean, Looks Unworn, Good Condition (7ft-3in Long & 3ft-2.5in Deep). Used by a elderly couple who passed. Very sturdy durable build. Heavy. Not flimsey junk. Combo of muted colors on a terracota backdrop - color coordinated subtle plaid & creamy magnolia floral print on taracotta fabric . 7 custom coordinated pillows - all pieces have zippered slipcovers. Sitting cushions are double covered (also has internal slipcovers). No stains, no odors, no threadbare surfaces, no tears, no holes, no visible markings. Very clean condition. Wood is honey blond or maple tones. Deep enough to sleep on but a NOT a fold out "sleeper sofa". VIEWING TIMES: you can view daily by appt with my husband between 730pm-830pm M-THUR only. Other appt times might be available FRI, SAT, SUN.
