Description
Boiling vegetables means one is throwing out with the water the good vitamins and minerals that our bodies are supposed to get. We love steamed carrots. Steaming seems to make them sweeter. You can throw in some brocolli, a few ears of corn and whatever other vegetables you like best in this three-tier unit. We have had this since our apartment living days and it served us well. We now have any number of other steaming devices so we hope some others will be able to use this great device to better nourish themselves or for their children.
