Very positive buying experience. Ty and 'Team Ty' were very responsive, up front, and honest with the purchase process. We visited 4 dealerships and test drive about fifteen cars and Ty was easily the most friendly and helpful person we worked with all day! He was very up front with us on the condition of each car and was extremely accommodating with allowing us to test drive half his inventory!
While Tys may not have the biggest selection, I enjoyed working with them and at the end of the day, this is where we decided to purchase. I feel confident that I got a fair deal and was very impressed with the patience and thoughtfulness of everyone working at Tys Rides. I will definitely recommend them to anyone in Portland looking for a good deal.

I got a really nice Nissan Altima from them and had a great experience overall. The car only had one small issue, and as soon as I let him know, he took care of it right away without any hassle. He was really helpful throughout the whole process and made sure everything was in good shape so the car would last me. I genuinely felt like he cared about making sure I was getting my money’s worth, which I really appreciated.

Ty donated a car on my behalf very recently because of the devastation he witnessed of me standing alone on the street in pure trauma and shock after I had just wrecked my car. I was in such disbelief and everything was such a haze that he seemingly dropped from the sky to offer help and advice with no hesitance or expectation. That kind of altruistic compassion is a rare occurrence in today's humanity I believe. Not only did I receive the car within a day but a unique surprise is that it is something I was pondering prior to losing my little car! I needed a bigger SUV. Integrity and honesty are also two words you do not hear much in the automotive industry and I can undoubtedly use those words to describe my journey with this business as well. Thank you. Thank you. I had a really good experience here.  Ty was friendly, respectful, and didn't put any pressure on me to buy, or look at any vehicles besides the one I was interested in.  Also, the car was a really good deal and passed my mechanic's inspection with flying colors.
