Core 9 person instant cabin tent with rainfly

Had this tent for several years. Purchased a new one. Has blemishes from use like a small patched hole in the screen of a window, small rip about an 2” long at rear and side door zipper needs to be replaced or repaired. Still would use if I tented. Coolest part is the large front room can be used as a screen room if you unzip the large windows and pull rainfly back. That was my favorite feature . But sitting in garage for past year. $289 brand new on Amazon but selling due to blemishes and age for $50.
