I’ve had this chair for a few good years and it’s served me well! I’ve kept up with leather care so it’s still in good condition. It’s got general wear to it, but no tears or rips. There are scratch marks on the seat due to my dogs but with a little bit of leather care spray should clean right up. It’s not sparkly and new, but this thing is in pretty great shape. Super comfortable and looks great with a pillow and a throw blanket! It was originally part of a larger set and couch from Living Spaces. I’m trying to clear out some space and I’m in a bit of a time crunch so I’m selling it off cheap and whoever can get here first can take it! Width/Depth - 44”x44” Height - 2’ Seat Depth - 28”
