Description

The cool thing about the xbar is that you can travel with it and still get a workout in. It's essentially a curling bar with tough rubber over it. Xbar has spools on both ends that spin so the bands won't get tangled. Also comes with two different size door jams to do different workouts. Handles and the smaller bands are separate from the xbar but can be used with the door jams. If you like using resistance bands, this is a really good option.
