It is a hardy, fast-growing plant that thrives in part shade to full shade and is suitable for containers, borders, and privacy screens. While it can tolerate full sun in cooler climates, it requires protection from hot afternoon sun in warmer regions. Key Characteristics Growth Habit: Clumping, non-running, forming a dense, rounded clump. Foliage: Dense, dark green, glossy leaves on pink or reddish branchlets.
