Bell and Howell reel to reel and handheld recorder both have been tested the reel to reel powers on lights up fan spins on the reel moves I do not have any film to physically test it but years ago when we were kids it worked just fine it's been in storage for a while the handheld does have film we have recorded it does work good fires up with no issues also comes with all the original paperwork carrying bag and some accessories we will not separate any of it you're buying them as is where is no refunds no exchange no exceptions feel free to come test it before you purchase it I will not separate any of it and if the ad is up it is still available
