Description

From pet-free, smoke-free home. Excellent condition; gently used. Leather and metal buckles. Shoulder epaulets. Double breasted. Pockets. Cute lavender piping detail on inside lining, and a metal chain for hanging. Mildly water-resistant, perfect for fall and spring (and winter, in LA). This Banana Republic classic trench coat, women's size Large petit, is vintage from the early 2000s. It can fit a size 4 regular, with room for a sweater, hoodie, or large bust without looking frumpy. It's probably most similar to a size 6, generally speaking. It still looks classy on a size 8 regular, but with out room for layering. (Possibly could be worn as a dress?) It is of medium weight fabric that holds its shape, with a back gusset (connected fabric vs. a slit as a back vent) for a fuller skirt. Not quite an A-line silhouette, but more flattering than sheer vertical tube shape. About knee length on someone 5'6". Maybe below knee on someone petite. In person meet-up in Los Angeles available.
