One is assembled but has never been used [see images]. The other is still in the box taped up and has never been opened. Didn't work for us cuz of Gerd/acid Reflux. We needed a much taller slanted wedge mattress to go under the regular mattress in order to sleep more upright and that makes it too high for the railing.
