Description

This printer does need a new color and black ink cartridge (C6578D & 51645A). The ink cartridges in the printer are empty. Check to be sure a print driver is available for your operating system and this printer. This is a used Color Deskjet 970Cse printer in good working condition.  The printer was cleaned and tested - it does work as intended. Included with this purchase is the: * Printer * Automatic two-sided printing module * Power cord * Printer software disc * Printer help and information guide * Printer Network guide * Inkjet cartridge install guide * USB Printer cord * Color and Black (empty) ink cartridges As mentioned above, this printer comes with an automatic two-sided printing module (duplexer) for double-sided printing automatically. This printer works with Windows 10 via USB/printer cord! Shipped with everything shown. I may remove and wrap the duplexer separately so it is better protected if being shipped. This printer does work - I tested it on 2/18/2021. However, it is being sold as-is. I realize that sometimes people purchase electronics, then have trouble getting the software installed, or the cables hooked up, etc., and then think that the item is bad. There is not much at all to setting up this printer - especially if you are using Windows 10. You simply plug in the printer, then hook the USB cord to the printer. Turn on the printer and install your new printer cartridges. By then Windows 10 will probably be done installing the printer drivers. If so, you setup is complete! I DO NOT provide technical support, and will not be able to answer any technical questions about this item. I am including everything I have for this printer. I have used this printer on a laptop with Windows 10 and previous Windows versions, and it worked perfectly. Please read all the information and look at all the pictures. Thank you!
