All the great reviews raving about customer service on (google) here are true, hands down the least stressful car buying experience I've ever had.  On avg, I purchase two cars a year, always out of state and I almost always have them shipped.  About half the time, I buy them sight unseen,  which comes with major risks unless you know what your doing and then still, your always surprised by something.  Nick gained my trust quickly, he's straight shooter and the customer's advocate. Very rarely do you find a any salesmen who actually will go out of their way to ensure your getting the best deal they have to offer. Nick talked me into a better version of the Tesla I planned to purchase and called about initially.  Nick said it was the nicest example he'd seen or driven for that year model.  I was very skeptical but after a day of chatting with Nick, I pulled the trigger and within 48 hours the car was on the way to my house.  Nick stays in communication with you throughout the whole process, consistently.  The Tesla arrived right on time and was actually in better condition than I expected, even with Nick selling me on the great condition prior to purchase.  I was impressed.  I walked away without a regret on a sight unseen purchase, feeling like a got a great deal on not only the car, but also the shipping..  Thanks, Nick!  I'll be calling you in the fall for another one!

Nick and his staff were fantastic as we purchased our first Tesla. He was knowledgeable and so patient. He was very honest and forthright. No matter how many questions we had he took the time to explain the answer until we finally understood. We were very impressed and thankful hthat he was there to take care of us.

Purchased a 2019 Toyota 4Runner from Kian Motors after visiting about 6 other dealerships. Car has been great and had zero issues, even took it across country the same week and it drove great.
Nick was my salesrep who was awesome, very easy to work with and very low pressure purchase. Was pretty tired of being hounded by other dealerships after looking at 1 vehicle that did not fit what I was looking for.
David in finance was also very easy to work with and helped get everything put together same day and drove away with vehicle that day.
