Like to give a shout out to Brian, Eddie, Alex, and Zain for their patience and knowledge when it came to acquiring a car. I traded in my Lancer ES for a is300. Just purchased a Honda Odyssey with low miles and leather interior, my wife couldn't be happier which is a plus for me. The owner/ finance manager was friendly and knowledgeable and played no games, he switched over my insurance and took care of the tag transfer which they pay for. Ark Motors did an exceptional job and went above and beyond to get me into my Tesla Model X.  Alex helped me for over a week get the perfect vehicle and the finance manager Raed did an amazing job finding financing for my situation.  We were able to lock in a great deal before I headed to the dealership. Alex and the Ark Motors team did an amazing job getting the car prepped and everything ready before I arrived from over 2 hours away.  Zane was great and helped me get all the paper work completed and helped me with the Tesla Apps and account transfer.  I was out the door in just over 30 minutes driving my Model X. Third month update, if you see someone give them 5 or 4 stars they actually tell you to do that after purchase. I bought a black 2018 q50 3.0t sport from them, I asked them if there was anything else aftermarket besides the intakes he said no. Me and my friend that works on cars pointed multiple other aftermarket things besides intakes. They don’t won’t to negotiate price even though these cars they get are most likely from auctions. After purchase, about a month later I started smelling coolant and noticing I was losing coolant, I contacted them a couple weeks later about fixing the issue they didn’t want to do it but they’ll see how much a water pump from wholesale will be, never contacted me back about it. Now we come to  the past week, I took it to a mechanic because I was thinking my water pump was going out, the mechanic told me that’s not the problem the turbos are going out and also there dirt sludge in my motor. Now my car is not drivable, my car is making a loud knocking noise and I haven’t even had the car for a year. I don’t recommend this trash car place even with a full check they will try to hide problems. If you see someone respond back saying where sorry for your complaint but we tired to contact you about it or if you see a reply back saying are you sure this is the right place or claiming they don’t know me all lies. If I could give a negative rating I would.  MY REPlY> Once again coming up with excuses the was not in great condition you didn’t even know what parts was aftermarket. Your employee saw me on the street and speed up to me and yes I like to be at car meets with my car off just talking to my friends what does that have to do with the condition of the car. Not even 5 days of ownership I started smelling coolant so don’t act like this car was already a shit box. Keep making excuses like you do with ever other bad review. You also never did a fresh oil change, the miles should say 9945 until next oil change it said 5k when I got the car. All the fluids was off when i got the car, so keep making all the excuses you want.  I repeat don’t buy from this shop go to an actual dealership that’s knows what there doing.
